Hi William, Thank you for the suggestion. At the moment we are not planning on adding this to our product. However, if we see more users requesting this feature we will consider adding it in the future. Users of Appigo Todo have traditionally had two different options for synchronizing tasks between their devices. Appigo Sync(TM), a free tool for the desktop, helps users to synchronize tasks directly with iCal on the Mac or Outlook on a PC, but it requires the user's iPhone or iPad to be on the same Wi-Fi network. The other option has been to use a third party service to synchronize tasks, but not all task features provided by Todo are supported by the third party services.
Todo Online preserves all the information associated with a task in Todo including projects, checklists, and the new multiple alerts feature just introduced in Todo 4. As the company continues to enhance Todo, it plans to maintain full compatibility in Todo Online. Users of Todo Online will experience the best possible task synchronization available.
Appigo has also added a new synchronization module to Appigo Sync for Mac that allows users to connect directly with Todo Online. This provides task synchronization directly into iCal for Mac. Appigo plans to release an additional update to Appigo Sync for Windows to provide synchronization between Todo Online and Outlook.
